Common questions
How do I get started?
Download PaperRoute Lite, create your account, and set up your business once — your waste carrier registration, business address and logo. Add a customer, then create your first Waste Transfer Note. The whole setup takes a few minutes.
How does billing and the free trial work?
You get a 7-day free trial when you sign up. After that it's £11.99/month — one simple price, no per-user fees, cancel anytime. The trial is one per email address.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open the app and go to Settings → Subscription → Manage. That opens your secure billing portal where you can update your card, view invoices, or cancel. If you'd rather we did it for you, email us and we'll sort it.
I didn't receive my email verification code
Check your spam/junk folder first. You can request a new code from the verification screen in the app. Codes expire after a short time, so use the most recent one. Still stuck? Contact us and we'll verify you manually.
My customer didn't receive the Waste Transfer Note email
Double-check the customer's email address is correct, then re-send it from the Documents (archive) screen — open the note and tap Email/Resend. Ask them to check spam too. Every note is saved in your archive, so you can re-send it any time.
Does it work without phone signal?
Yes. PaperRoute Lite is offline-first — you can create and sign a note with no signal, and it sends itself automatically the moment you're back in coverage.
How do I create a hazardous waste consignment note?
When the waste you select is hazardous, Lite automatically switches to a hazardous waste consignment note and prompts you for the extra details (UN number, proper shipping name, hazard class, packing group and the process that produced the waste).
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll permanently delete your account and associated data. Your compliance records (Waste Transfer Notes) may be retained where we're legally required to, but personal account data is removed.
