Just a small operation?
Running just one van? You might not need all this. PaperRoute Lite is our £15 + VAT/month app for sole traders and one-van carriers — compliant Waste Transfer Notes and consignment notes from your phone, without the fleet platform.

If you continue, review and sign your service agreement, then set up billing. Onboarding and training support are included.
Frequently asked questions
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Request the trial and our team will contact you to confirm what you need and configure the full system. The 14 days start only when you accept the trial terms and activate your account. No card is required, there is no automatic conversion and you are under no obligation to continue.
What's included in every plan?
PaperRoute covers scheduling, driver jobs, digital Waste Transfer Notes, invoicing and customer records. Receiving-site Yard checks and DEFRA receipt reporting can be configured for eligible sites. We confirm your integrations and specialist workflows during the demo and setup.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your access pauses unless you expressly choose to continue. If you do continue, we will send a service agreement for review and signature. We do not take a card for the trial or start a paid subscription automatically.
Is onboarding and training included?
Yes. Onboarding support and training calls are included. We aim to get customers using PaperRoute within two weeks, provided the customer supplies the required data and makes the right people available for setup and training.
How does per-user pricing work?
The standard price is £249/month + VAT for the first 4 users. Requests received by 30 September 2026 qualify for the £220 introductory base price, protected for 24 months while continuously subscribed. Extra users are £35 per user/month + VAT. We confirm specialist setup for your operation.
Can I add more users later?
Absolutely. You can add users at any time as your team grows. Your data, routes, and settings all carry over with no migration or downtime.
Does PaperRoute integrate with my accounting software?
Yes. PaperRoute integrates directly with Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero. Collection data flows straight into your accounts — including self-bill purchase invoices, deferred invoicing, and consolidated invoicing. No more double entry.
Is PaperRoute DEFRA Approved and ready for Digital Waste Tracking?
PaperRoute is listed by DEFRA as compatible software for reporting receipt of waste. We configure and check the connection for eligible receiving sites before live use. Digital Waste Transfer Notes are a separate workflow.
