The fit check is based on real usage, not just setup.

What's included in every plan?
Every PaperRoute plan includes the complete platform: route planning with truck-safe routing, real-time GPS tracking, digital Waste Transfer Notes with e-signatures, Certificates of Destruction, Sage/QuickBooks/Xero integration, self-bill purchase invoicing, offline-first iOS driver app, EWC code management, container management, customer portal, and AI dashboard insights. There are no feature gates or tiers.
How does the 24-month agreement work?
After your free demo, we confirm the right user count. Pricing is fixed at £220/month for up to 4 users, then £35/month per extra user, excluding VAT. You then sign a 24-month agreement with that monthly price fixed for the full term, with no annual uplift.
Is onboarding and training included?
Yes. Onboarding support and training calls are included. We aim to get customers using PaperRoute within two weeks, provided the customer supplies the required data and makes the right people available for setup and training.
How does per-user pricing work?
The base plan is £220/month and includes the first 4 users (office staff + drivers). Extra users are charged at £35 per user per month. Every user gets full access to every feature.
Can I add more users later?
Absolutely. You can add users at any time as your team grows. Your data, routes, and settings all carry over with no migration or downtime.
Does PaperRoute integrate with my accounting software?
Yes. PaperRoute integrates directly with Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero. Collection data flows straight into your accounts — including self-bill purchase invoices, deferred invoicing, and consolidated invoicing. No more double entry.
Is PaperRoute ready for DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking?
Yes. PaperRoute already generates legally-compliant digital Waste Transfer Notes with e-signatures, EWC codes, and hazardous waste indicators. When DEFRA's mandatory Digital Waste Tracking system goes live in October 2026, PaperRoute will integrate directly with their API. You'll be compliant from day one.
