How does per-user pricing work?

PaperRoute pricing is based on team size, not features. The Small Team plan covers up to 4 users at £220/month (£55/user). The Growing plan covers up to 10 users at £500/month (£50/user). Enterprise pricing is available for teams of 11 or more. Every user gets full access to every feature.

Can I add more users later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time as your team grows. Moving from Small Team to Growing is seamless — your data, routes, and settings all carry over. For teams larger than 10, contact us for custom Enterprise pricing.

Does PaperRoute integrate with my accounting software?

Yes. PaperRoute integrates directly with Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero. Collection data flows straight into your accounts — including self-bill purchase invoices, deferred invoicing, and consolidated invoicing. No more double entry.

Is PaperRoute ready for DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking?

Yes. PaperRoute already generates legally-compliant digital Waste Transfer Notes with e-signatures, EWC codes, and hazardous waste indicators. When DEFRA's mandatory Digital Waste Tracking system goes live in October 2026, PaperRoute will integrate directly with their API. You'll be compliant from day one.
