4-Week Live Fit Guarantee

We want you to be confident when you commit to PaperRoute. You make your first payment at signup, then week 1 is setup, week 2 is training, and weeks 3-6 are for using PaperRoute on live work. If your team uses the system properly and it still is not right for your operation at week 6, contact us and we can end the agreement and refund your first payment. If all is good, payment 2 starts at week 6 and billing continues monthly.

1. What we offer

If PaperRoute is not a good operational fit after 4 weeks of live use following setup and training, we will end your agreement and refund your first payment in full, provided the eligibility requirements below are met.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:

  • Your refund request must be submitted by week 6 after signup unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • The guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only — it does not apply to subsequent renewals.
  • Your account must have been created in good faith and used genuinely.
  • You must have attended the agreed onboarding or training calls.
  • You must have supplied the data and team access reasonably required to configure your account.
  • Your team must have made a genuine attempt to use PaperRoute for real operational workflows.
  • Your account must not have been suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service.

3. One refund per business

This guarantee applies once per business entity. Creating multiple accounts or using different email addresses to obtain multiple refunds constitutes abuse of this policy and will result in all associated accounts being permanently terminated.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at hello@paperroute.co.uk with the subject line "4-Week Live Fit Guarantee Request" by week 6 after signup. Please include your business name, the email address used to register, and a short note on what did not work for your operation. We will process accepted refunds within 5–7 business days.

5. 24-month agreements

PaperRoute agreements run for 24 months with the agreed monthly price fixed for the full term. Your first payment is due at signup. If an eligible 4-week live fit guarantee request is accepted, we will end the agreement and refund your first payment. Requests made after week 6 are not covered by this guarantee.

6. After a refund

Following a successful refund, your PaperRoute account and all associated data will be deactivated. You are welcome to subscribe again in the future, though the 4-week live fit guarantee will not apply to any subsequent subscription.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this guarantee limits or affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection law. This guarantee is offered in addition to, not instead of, your legal rights.
