Reduce routine office admin
Customers can retrieve published documents and answer reporting questions without asking your team to resend information.
Waste management customer portal
PaperRoute gives authorised customers a secure place to retrieve compliance documents, review completed services and send collection, delivery or exchange requests—without adding another routine call to your office.

Real portal interface with fictional demonstration data.
A better customer experience
Give customers practical access to the information they need while your office focuses on exceptions, planning and service—not repeatedly finding and forwarding the same records.
Customers can retrieve published documents and answer reporting questions without asking your team to resend information.
WTNs and other published documents stay together against the customer account, ready to view or download.
Collection history, waste quantities, recorded weights and service costs can be reviewed for a selected period and exported to CSV.
Customers can request a collection, delivery or exchange and provide the details your team needs before confirming the work.
The login, logo, colours and portal address are configured for your business rather than presented as a generic PaperRoute screen.
Documents and accounts
After email-and-PIN verification, a customer can choose between linked accounts where applicable, check account and collection-address information, and view or download documents you have made available.

Reporting and export
Customers can select a reporting period and review completed collections, waste streams, quantities, recorded or estimated weights, and service costs excluding VAT. The underlying collection report can be downloaded as a CSV.
Pending and estimated figures are identified in the interface so customers can see the status of the available data.
Structured service requests
Customers choose collection, delivery or exchange, describe what is needed and add access or timing information. Your team receives the request and confirms the work—helping avoid incomplete voicemail messages and email chains.

Your customer-facing service
Each configured portal uses the operator’s business identity, logo, colours and portal address. Portal configuration and customer access are scoped to that PaperRoute tenant so one operator’s customers are not presented with another operator’s records.
A customer enters their registered email address and receives a time-limited six-character PIN. The same verified email can access one or multiple linked customer accounts. No password needs to be remembered.
Customers can access documents you have published to their account, including Waste Transfer Notes, delivery notes, certificates and invoices where those document types are available. Signed Yard season tickets and their recorded drop-offs can also be shown for configured receiving-site workflows.
Customers can submit a request for a collection, delivery or exchange. The portal makes clear that your team receives the request and will contact the customer to confirm the details; it does not present the request as an automatically confirmed booking.
