How to request deletion of your data

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This includes data collected through our website, advertising campaigns, or the PaperRoute software platform.

To request deletion, email us at:

Please include “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line and tell us which data you would like deleted (e.g. trial signup, demo request, advertising data, or all data).

What happens next

• We will acknowledge your request within 5 working days.
• Your data will be deleted within 30 calendar days.
• We will confirm deletion by email once complete.
• Some data may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so (e.g. financial records required by HMRC). We will explain any such exceptions in our response.

Data collected through Facebook / Meta

If you interacted with a PaperRoute advertisement on Facebook or Instagram, we may hold limited data associated with that interaction (e.g. that a click occurred, conversion measurement data). To request deletion of this data, use the email address above.

You can also manage your ad preferences directly through Meta at facebook.com/settings → Ads.
